STEP ONE
Fill out our online consultation form. Amy will reach out to you to confirm our availability for your event date and schedule a time to meet for a virtual consultation.
STEP THREE
To book with us, we require a signed contract and $500 deposit. Once those booking tasks are set, you can sit back and let the excitement seep in! We will get towork on your recipes and get all items ordered. We are here with you throughout the planning process. Meaning, we are only an email away as updates, changes, and questions come up! Additions and removals of items are welcome until the final estimate review.
STEP FOUR
We will reach out to you to get your final estimate review scheduled around the one month mark from the event date. By this time we have final numbers due (make note of this for those RSVP's), run through all details of the estimate together, make note of important times & contacts. The outstanding balance is due at this time.
STEP FIVE
Your hard work pays off! We arrive at the event location and bring your floral dreams to reality!
STEP TWO
The consultation! At this time we will run through all the floral details of the big day, pick out vessels, hone your floral palette, floral mix & discuss your all the dream floral items, must haves & overall vision. A picture of the big day will come into focus!
This will be the first pass at your floral decor, changes are always welcome (keeping our minimums in mind) up until our final review.
A custom estimate reflecting everything discussed will make its way over to you 3 to 7 business days after we meet.
